Located in San Teodoro, 500 meters from the famous and beautiful beach of Capo Coda Cavallo, 750 meters from the beach of Cala Suaraccia (Le Farfalle), spacious one bedroom apartment with private entrance, 1 bedroom and large living room/kitchen and bathroom (with bidet) in the renowned East Village with sea view, equipped with every comfort (large terrace with sea view, TV, washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, hair dryer and communal swimming pool).

It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro. The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, 27 km from Punta Est, while the ferry terminal is 30 km away.

The village has free parking spaces reserved for condominiums (so our guests will have free access).

The apartment will be entirely at your disposal. You will also have free access to the swimming pool of the condominium with sea view.

In the village there is a small square with a bar, a restaurant with fish specialties and a food supermarket.

You can go down to the sea (Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the village by a staircase.For those who prefer to go to the sea by car, the beach has a large paid car park (unfortunately in Sardinia almost all beach car parks are paid).
