It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro. The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda which is 27 km from Punta Est. The ferry terminal is 30 km away.

The residence is equipped with free parking reserved for condominiums (so our guests will have free access).

The apartment will be entirely at your disposal. You will also have free access to the condominium's sea-view pool.

In the residence there is a small square with 2 bars, 1 restaurant with fish specialties and 1 mini-market.

You can go down to the sea (Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the residence via a staircase. For those who prefer to go to the sea by car, the beach has a large paid car park.

I personally take care of the entries and exits. I am always available on the phone and always ready to give adequate assistance to my guests in a very short time.
