Located in San Teodoro, 500 m from the famous and beautiful Capo Coda Cavallo beach, 750 m from Cala Suaraccia beach (Le Farfalle), spacious two-room apartment with 1 bedroom and large living room / kitchen and bathroom (with bidet) in the renowned East Village with splendid sea view, equipped with all comforts (large terrace with sea view, air conditioning in every room, TV, washer / dryer, oven, dishwasher, hairdryer and shared swimming pool). It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro. The apartment, with private entrance, has a large terrace with a breathtaking view. The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda which is 27 km from Punta Est. The ferry terminal is 30 km away. The village has free parking spaces reserved for condominiums (so my guests will have free access). We speak your language (Italiano, Français, English)! In the village there is a bar and a restaurant with fish specialties. The apartment will be entirely at your disposal. You will also have free access to the condominium's swimming pool with sea view. In the village there is a small square with a bar, a restaurant and a mini-market. You can go down to the sea (Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the village by a staircase. For those who prefer to go to the sea by car, the beach has ample paid parking (unfortunately all beaches in Sardinia have paid parking). I personally take care of income and expenses. I am always available on the phone and living a few kilometers from Punta Est I can assist my guests in no time.
